Captor’s Comments:

This was an unusual catch as I cast my bait just a little left of the middle of the lake in the deepest part of the lake. A little while later i got a flying run and i hit into somthing which did not feel like a carp. As I realed it in it started to fight a bit more so iI thought it might be a small carp. When I got it close to the bank i saw a shimmer of green under the surface of the water. I knew it was a tench, my first tench from this lake so i was well chuffed.
