Fish Captures end user agreement

This is a working document - last amended 22/05/2009:

• Fish Captures without any photographs may be changed to 'private' by our administrators.
• We (Fish Captures) do not tolerate uploading of inappropriate or pornographic material and members suspected of this may have their IP addresses permanently blocked.
• We do not tolerate unwanted or unlawful publicity of fish captures and any members suspected of this may lose their membership.
• We reserve the right to edit or omit content from the system if deemed necessary.
• We reserve the right to refuse or delete membership without explanation.
• Whilst we endeavor to protect your photographs and capture data, we cannot be held responsible for any permanent loss of either.
• Members must be over 16 or have permission from a legal guardian.
• Individual members are responsible for ensuring that they own the copyright to pictures and text that they upload.
• Only a reasonable amount of product endorsement is acceptable via capture reports and photos, blatant and persistent advertising is not allowed. We offer a range of advertising options - please contact us for details.
