• We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access in accordance with the UK data protection legislation.
• We do not sell, rent or exchange your personal information with any third party for commercial reasons, but third parties may advertise through the Fish Captures Newsletters.
• We may also use your information to deliver targetted advertising banners on the Fish Captures website.
• Venue owners and bait companies must apply for consent from Fish Captures to use public capture details and photos.
• Cookies (small programs to store information) are not used on this web site.
• IP addresses may be stored for blocking purposes if members are suspected of uploading inappropriate or pornographic material.
