Essex Carp Baits are a new company with a new approach to making and selling bait, boilies, particles and pellets We encourage input from our customers and will try to incorporate your personal requirements to your order. (A truly symbiotic relationship). It is our aim to produce the best quality bait with the finest ingredients and to bring this product to you at the best price we can. Essex Carp Baits source and test new ingredients from all over England and much further if need be.

Only after testing the finished bait for break down and usability do we offer it for sale. All baits offer as near to a perfect food source as possible incorporating protein carbohydrates and amino acids. Each bait group in our range has it's own dedicated and unique base mix. Currently the range includes:

• F.I.A. (FISH INTENSIVE AMINO)
• THE JUICE A fruit flavoured H N V bait
• POP-UP’S Pop-Up's are available in all our range and all have as close as possible the same food profile as the bottom bait.
• Pellet (flavoured pellet to accompany our bait)
• Particles prepared and flavoured, spiced or dry

About Us

We have been fishing for over 30 years with a sound grounding in float fishing as children, progressing to carp fishing after a few years of fishing together. This was a time of cat food cheese and sausage meat and the first appearance of the hair rig. All the way through our fishing we have kept to one idea and that is quality. We always endeavor to use the best bait ingredients we can find (you only get what you pay for).

After being involved with established bait companies, learning the art and process of bait making, the knowledge and skills we are most grateful for. Also using information and fish growth studies from as far away as Japan, it is our aim to produce the best carp bait we can, with a balanced nutrition for an optimum growth in carp, our first concern is the health and well being of the most imoprtant thing to us all The Fish.

Orders

We always welcome customers to our shop but know it isn’t always convenient. We have therefore added a telephone mail order service. Following your call to place an order we will forward a Paypal invoice to you by email. Once payment reaches us your order will be dispatched by courier. Actual dispatch times will depend on your order contents. Delivery costs for mainland United Kingdom, excluding Highlands and Islands is £9 for up to 25KG.
